Senior Data Analyst, Analytics and Insights

As the fastest-growing mental health practice group in the nation, LifeStance Health seeks a Senior Data Analyst to enhance their capabilities in analytics and enterprise data strategy. The position involves significant interaction with various departments, such as Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Technology, to deliver meaningful insights and improve patient care.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead projects by translating complex business needs into strategic data initiatives.
• Independently drive results by prioritizing deliverables and delivering data solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to assess project feasibility.
• Conduct data analysis on patient engagement and clinical outcomes.
• Solve complex data management issues for analysis and reporting.
• Design interactive dashboards for KPI monitoring and decision-making.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues through cross-functional efforts.
• Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to develop enterprise data.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years (or Master’s degree with 5+ years) of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence.
• 2+ years of experience with business intelligence platforms like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience in data modeling and transformation.
