In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop understanding of the platform, problems solved, and end-user personas.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to support roadmap execution.
• Conduct research and gather data to aid in product roadmap decisions.
• Gather requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria to shape features.
• Provide expertise and triage incoming technology and product-related questions.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and work with teams to complete features.
• Coordinate and manage special project execution for the Product team.

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years experience in MSP, IT, or Cybersecurity industries.
• Hands-on experience with MSP-relevant technology like network equipment and cloud services.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
