In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Define analytical strategies addressing mission challenges and align solutions with Army objectives.
• Manage Agile data activities.
• Lead development of machine learning models including framing, data preparation, and evaluation.
• Deploy models into production ensuring scalability and integration.
• Collaborate on automated pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
• Perform data integration and analysis to drive decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for AI development.

This role requires you to have:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in logistics and supply chain data
• Machine learning model development and deployment
• Big data technologies and distributed computing
• Data visualization
• Programming in Python, Spark, SQL
• Advanced machine learning techniques
• Software development workflows and version control systems
• Exceptional communication skills
