In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to leverage data for business solutions.
• Utilize data mining and analysis for product development and marketing strategy enhancements.
• Evaluate new data sources and data gathering methods for effectiveness and accuracy.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms for various data sets.
• Increase customer experiences and business outcomes using predictive models.
• Establish and test model quality through A/B testing frameworks.
• Work with functional teams to deploy models and oversee outcomes.
• Create tools for monitoring model performance and data accuracy.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in statistics and applied statistical methods.
• Experience with machine learning techniques, such as k-Nearest Neighbors and Decision Forests.
• Strong skills in Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra.
• Ability to handle data imperfections effectively.
