• Provide HR reporting and data analysis to HR professionals and business leaders
• Interface with a broader corporate team on reporting and HR systems
• Maintain existing business-specific HR tools and systems
• Address new system and tool needs

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, I/O Psychology
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Planning and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple tasks
• Work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, and global environment
• Customer service experience
• Experience in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data
