This role, under the guidance of the Data Systems Supervisor, involves managing critical data for various homeless services programs across the county. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between HMIS organizations and vendors.
• Provide technical support to ensure accurate HMIS data entry.
• Conduct in-depth data validation and analysis.
• Identify trends in complex data sets.
• Implement automation for process efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain queries, reports, and data feeds.
• Manage software administration including account setup and testing.
• Assist in process improvements and provide feedback to leadership.
• Facilitate technical training for team members.
• Stay informed on current HUD data requirements.

This role requires you to have:

• Intermediate or advanced SQL/MySQL knowledge
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
