Louisa County Public Schools, accommodating approximately 5,200 students, is looking for a Technology Data Analyst. Situated conveniently from major cities like Richmond and Charlottesville, the school system aims to enhance data processes for staff and students. The role involves collaboration with various educational teams to improve data-driven decision making and reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Customize and support student information systems and related technologies.
• Coordinate data transfer for system interfaces and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with technology and instructional teams for data reporting strategies.
• Analyze data to facilitate district decision-making.
• Document and share processes related to student data.
• Provide data analysis support and skills development for staff.
• Deliver professional learning opportunities on student information platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

This role comes with the following benefits:

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of database design and management.
