In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Fulfill and resolve reconciliation breaks within SLA guidelines.
• Manage month-end transactional and performance quality controls.
• Ensure investment data flows correctly to downstream systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot accounting and data issues.
• Analyze abnormalities affecting fee billing with rate of returns knowledge.
• Support process improvements and maintain department procedures.
• Assist in problem solving and root cause analysis for the team.
• Organize processes and track progress towards goals.
• Validate performance returns using specific calculations.
• Create and maintain procedures and training manuals.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Advanced competence in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
