In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and engineering to drive product success.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, draft user stories, and design documents.
- Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Provide training and support on product functionalities.
- Analyze Salesforce/CRM performance data for insights.
- Create reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Background in customer journey mapping
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Leadership skills with cross-functional team management
- SaaS environment experience
