In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the Salesforce dashboard and reporting development process from start to finish
• Maintain governance and oversee future Salesforce and Power BI reports
• Ensure reports are validated and aesthetically clean
• Become an expert in AGT datasets
• Develop requirements for Salesforce and Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create testing plans and document process procedures
• Assist with change management and provide ongoing training
• Manage Power BI development projects and timelines efficiently

This role requires you to have:

• 6+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor's or 4+ years with a Master's
• Expertise in Salesforce Dashboard and Report building
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, dataset access, dataflow creation, and row-level security
• Strong data modeling and management skills
• End-to-end knowledge of data warehouse and reporting processes
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
