This role, part of the Strategy, Transformation and Automated Controls team, drives strategic priorities and enhances risk coverage through data-driven processes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure policy-compliant automated solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing initiatives with applications like Power Apps
- Optimise efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and pipeline management
- Conduct research on business, operational, and strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership for system recommendations and teamwork
- Assist with planning and execution of programs involving risk mitigation and efficiency
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans and policies
- Manage relationships and implement cross-functional programs and services
- Lead and mentor project teams

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management
- 4+ years with Microsoft Power Platform tools and Tableau
You would benefit from having:
- Expertise in Power Apps development
- Knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI
- Experience in operational efficiency and process optimization
- Dashboard and scorecard reporting
- Experience with Confluence templates and JIRA boards
