Program Data Analyst

The team is in search of a Program Data Analyst for the PMA-273 cell, focusing on maintenance status and proposal tracking for USN and USAF training aircraft.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support logistics organization in preparing presentations for meetings and reviews.
• Provide analytical insights using Deckplate, Tableau, Power BI, and OOMA Adhocs.
• Coordinate with LEMs to identify maintenance and supply impacts.
• Assist with drafting and approving Engineering Change Proposals and Technical Directives.
• Track Engineering Change Proposals from approval to implementation.
• Manage bills of material and procurement lists for component sparing.
• Communicate with program stakeholders, vendors, and support teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• At least six years of experience in logistics or maintenance support.
• Three years specific experience in logistics planning.
• Familiarity with Deckplate, Tableau, Power BI, or OOMA Adhocs.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of aviation maintenance and USN maintenance procedures.
