Using healthcare customer data, the analyst will design engaging visuals and interactive tools to tell compelling analytic stories and support data-driven decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop queries to consolidate datasets for visualization.
• Coordinate the use of data for sampling methodologies and analysis.
• Prepare clean datasets and dashboards for organizational accessibility.
• Gather user requirements to create dashboards and analytical products.
• Apply data analytics techniques using tools like Tableau for business solutions.
• Create tools to measure and report on customer experience management initiatives.
• Support development and maintenance of CX data tables.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 6 years of experience.
• 2+ years of analytics or informatics experience.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and large data warehouses.
• Understanding of data science best practices.
