This role supports centralized advising and first-year programs through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Title V staff and external evaluators to handle institutional and project-level data.
- Ensure precise and prompt data submissions to the Department of Education.
- Craft and implement tech solutions for advising improvements and student support.
- Utilize Banner Communications Management to optimize communication strategies.
- Conduct and present analysis on student success surveys.
- Design and generate custom Tableau reports and dashboards for performance metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for Title V grant initiatives.
- Acquire new skills in related technologies for advising and support.
- Educate campus users on technology and data aiding student accomplishments.
- Oversee data operations for evaluation teams.
- Engage actively in the Data Governance Committee and other campus forums.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- Three years of professional experience in data management and evaluation.
- Proficiency with SPSS or R.
- Expertise with Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.

- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Ellucian Banner ERP and associated tools.
