ManTech is a dedicated company seeking a Data Scientist to join their Springfield, VA team. This role focuses on data analysis and reporting, supporting senior leaders in compliance analytics. The team aims to ensure efficiency in data collection, interpretation, and presentation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary data collection and analysis.
• Develop and present reports to various audiences, including senior leaders.
• Create queries and reports using tools such as PeopleSoft, CAVE, Cognos, Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
• Partner with government staff for compliance analytics.
• Analyze workforce metrics and employee sentiment.
• Display and communicate analytical results using data science and business intelligence tools.
• Support reporting requirements through briefings and reports.
• Participate in meetings related to equal opportunity compliance.

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years of experience in social science or employee compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 4 additional years of experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Python, R, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Ability to synthesize complex information for reports and presentations.

Security clearance of active/current TS/SCI is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph. The role requires remaining stationary 50% of the time.
