Data Scientist/AI Analyst

ManTech is on the lookout for a seasoned Data/AI Scientist to contribute to specialized agent creation for the Marine Air-Ground Task Force enterprise analysis. This position is integral to their MCSC System Engineering and Acquisition Logistics project based in Stafford, VA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on enhancing system engineering life-cycle activities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop advanced data analytics and AI solutions for enterprise analysis.
• Create specialized AI agents to improve system engineering life-cycle processes.
• Integrate AI agents and architectural tools using Python.
• Support the development of DoDAF architectures with effective data modeling.
• Curate data and models to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain a modeling reuse library.
• Contribute to the USMC Digital Acquisition Playbook development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance digital acquisition processes.
• Provide expertise on Marine Corps structure and operations.
• Ensure continuous improvement of digital acquisition methodologies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific, Engineering, or Technical area
• 5+ years experience in architecture, modeling, or system engineering
• Experience with MAGTF enterprise analysis
• Data Analytics and AI Agent development proficiency
• Python programming skills
• Experience with DoDAF architectures
• Data and model curation experience
