Markaaz is looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to join their team and contribute to data-driven decision-making and business expansion. In this role, the analyst will collaborate with both business and technology teams to solve complex problems with innovative solutions, providing key insights and strategies. The position aligns with the company's objectives of optimizing data acquisition and ensuring compliance with data laws and regulations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze business challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Lead data-driven business analyses and develop empirical models and strategies to address business concerns.
• Revise and enhance long-term strategic plans for analytics deliverables.
• Optimize data acquisition programs and standardize data quality evaluations.
• Build scalable data pipelines and establish business health and success metrics.
• Develop secure data management practices and ensure compliance with data laws and standards.
• Communicate analysis results effectively to the leadership team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Data Analyst or similar position.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to present information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English.
