Mars is looking for a Data Engineer to join their PN NA Data & Analytics team, where the role focuses on executing data-driven strategies for enterprise planning, procurement, and more. The individual will collaborate with global teams to design and deliver key data analytics tools, supporting the business's objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex data engineering solutions on a cloud-based platform using technologies like Databricks and Spark.
• Take full technical ownership of projects and promote DevOps & CI/CD methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to deliver agile technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Evolve technical skills by engaging in training and learning new technologies.

This role requires you to have:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in data analytics engineering, especially in Supply Chain and Manufacturing data.
• Proficiency in Spark and coding expertise in PySpark or Scala with Python.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Experience in building data pipelines/ETL/ELT solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present new technological ideas.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of Neo4J/Cypher and Azure cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with LLM pipelines and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of AML/ML FLOW/ML OPS.
