In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop the Performance Analytics capability for the agency.
• Collaborate with agency and client teams to define and execute analytic methodologies.
• Partner with agency Data Scientist on Shopper Marketing Mix Modeling.
• Implement workflows for data automation and visual data checks.
• Synthesize diverse data sources to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Perform data hygiene and streamline data processing.
• Create client-ready reports focusing on visual storytelling.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years experience in data-related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong skills in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools
• Passion for data-driven decision making

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with IRI or Nielsen data
• Knowledge of digital or marketing analytics
• Skills in SQL, Python, and R
