In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage data collection and report generation for clients on a regular basis.
• Extract data and create reports for special requests.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
• Assist with market research and data analytics projects.
• Support product development initiatives.
• Respond to client inquiries about Intellectual Capital products.
• Develop and update procedures.
• Guide team members on data formatting and calculations.
• Train new team members and interns.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data collection and analysis.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
