Analytics Engineer

MARVEL Infotech Inc. is looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer to join their team remotely. The role aims to enhance operational efficiency by leveraging data consolidation and analysis skills. The individual will collaborate with different teams across various time zones to deliver significant insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and detect issues in clusters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Operate and manage Linux systems using command line tools.
• Utilize Kubernetes for configuration updates and log analysis.
• Consolidate data from various tools into comprehensive reports.
• Manage maintenance windows and incident operations.
• Develop and test Methods of Procedure (MOP).
• Provide customer support and manage customer interactions.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced knowledge in Computer Science or IT.
• Proficiency with Linux and Kubernetes.
• Experience in data consolidation and monitoring.
• Strong collaboration skills across time zones.
• Command of Linux tools and kubectl commands.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of iLO interface operations.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in Linux.
• Experience with Cloudera CDH products like HIVE, HDFS.
• Expertise in ETL tools such as TalenD.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Cognos, SAS.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English for reporting project statuses to both internal teams and customers.
