Data Analyst II

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Elicit data and reporting requirements through various analytical techniques.
• Analyze and query data from multiple sources, including electronic medical record systems.
• Present analysis to stakeholders and develop comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with analytics and digital teams to design and distribute reports.
• Enhance analytical capabilities using SQL, Tableau, and other platforms.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Train end-users and share best practices within the team.
• Partner with digital teams to optimize data tools and processes.
• Seek guidance proactively and participate in task forces as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in management, information systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics.
• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and data visualization.
• Skills in manipulating and analyzing large datasets.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito.
• Project management skills.
• Understanding of statistical analyses.
