Senior Data Analyst

Having raised $15M from top Silicon Valley investors, Maximus is expanding its team and looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help drive data-driven decision making and business growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand data needs and provide required insights.
• Design and implement data models and database structures.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain documentation for data processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to improving data quality and analytical processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving healthcare data.
• Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with BigQuery and BI tools like Looker or Metabase.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
