In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Report and analyze headcount, budget, and performance metrics for workforce planning.
• Audit and update HR data systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs like employee engagement and turnover rates.
• Interpret HR data to enhance talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with document retention policies.
• Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately and promptly.
• Address payroll and benefit inquiries from employees.
• Manage leave-of-absence requests in line with FMLA, ADA, and state laws.
• Collaborate with HR management on annual benefits open enrollment and compensation planning.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst focused on HR Systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, practices, and compliance.
• Proficiency in interpreting and presenting complex data insights.
• Attention to detail in data analysis and discrepancy resolution.
