In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage live streaming events at MHQ with flexible hours.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for live streaming products.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to ensure smooth live events.
• Develop processes and documentation for consistent and reliable experiences.
• Analyze and implement new features, conducting product comparison analysis.
• Solve complex customer issues using design thinking methodologies.
• Ensure optimal performance of products through maintenance and operations.
• Work collaboratively with product teams to contribute to the technology roadmap.
• Partner with managed service providers to maintain strong relationships.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years in product execution or technical business analysis with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a Master's.
• 3+ years experience with live streaming technologies.
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft products.
• Experience defining user experience needs and writing automation scripts.
• Experience in Agile teams and conducting user research.

You would benefit from having:
