In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and track documentation for program quality, volume, and satisfaction metrics.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to extract and analyze data for report generation and visualization.
• Support performance improvement initiatives by developing sub-groups and managing assignments.
• Export data from registries and update dashboards to monitor quality outcomes improvements.
• Analyze system performance metrics and report trends or anomalies regularly.

This role requires you to have:

• An associate degree in business, health care or related field.
• 1 year of experience in IT data management, spreadsheets, and Excel.
