Mecklenburg County is looking for a dedicated Data Validation Analyst to support its Trauma & Justice Partnerships. The position exists to ensure timely processing of referrals and compliance with clinical response requirements. The successful candidate will track referral and clinical outcome data, aiding management in various data requests and projects.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage daily data entry and research tasks.
- Track and report referral and outcome data.
- Maintain and develop data reporting templates.
- Ensure services comply with specifications and regulations.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend correctional programs.
- Conduct quality control audits and communicate results.
- Assist in the creation of training manuals and documents.

This role requires you to have:
- Two years of experience in quality control or data analytics/validation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Understanding of statistical techniques and data visualization.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build partnerships.
- Proficient in PowerBI and other computer applications.
This is an exempt position with a standard schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The job involves on-site work in Mecklenburg County. A valid NC or SC driver’s license and an annual motor vehicle record check may be required. The role may require participation in emergency or disaster response.
