The Sr. ETL Data Analyst role is integral in refining data processes to bolster clinical operations and outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and maintain ETL processes for managing clinical data from EMR systems.
• Write and analyze complex queries for healthcare data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with various teams to define data requirements and support reporting.
• Develop and manage reports to track data effectively.
• Analyze healthcare clinical data for quality and consistency.
• Participate in designing processes for data auditing and verification.
• Create requirements for new clients and product launches.
• Communicate analytical findings to various audiences.
• Advocate for adopting new technologies in data analysis.
• Implement directives from senior staff to align with organizational objectives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience in data analysis focusing on ETL and clinical EMR data.
• Proficient in data manipulation and report presentation.
• Knowledge of clinical EMR data.
• Experience with population health data analysis.
• Skills in statistical software and languages like T-SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and database management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
