In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert offering data and reporting recommendations.
• Analyze data anomalies and communicate findings for solutions.
• Utilize programming environments and various software tools for reporting.
• Manage the development of custom reports and communicate deliverable commitments.
• Identify opportunities for systems and process improvements.
• Provide leadership and training in data mining and reporting techniques.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting data and presenting business insights.
• Mid-level proficiency in SQL programming.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for reporting.
