In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect data from diverse sources including databases and spreadsheets
• Ensure data integrity by adhering to bank data standards
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Identify risks and issues impacting the core system
• Support processing related to the bank’s core technology
• Draft clear records to maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice
• Demonstrate professional conduct to bolster team performance and productivity
• Review and manage user rights for internal and external users
• Perform additional duties to aid the bank’s mission and strategic goals

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Fundamental understanding of statistics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

This role requires regular indoor work, with occasional outdoor activities and travel to branch locations. A typical 40-hour work week applies, with possible overtime.
