In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement propensity models to forecast customer behavior and preferences.

• Optimize personalization algorithms for competing objectives.
• Research novel approaches in customer similarity and behavior modeling.
• Design adaptive online learning systems.
• Construct evaluation frameworks for multi-objective optimization.
• Collaborate with the MLOps team for model deployment.
• Lead experimental efforts on model architecture and optimization strategies.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience in ML system development
• 3+ years in propensity modeling and optimization
• Production-level experience with ranking systems
• Success in customer segmentation via similarity modeling
• Proven track record in optimizing business metrics
