The role of Data Analyst exists to develop and maintain data visualization solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Optimize dashboard performance and user experience.
• Perform ETL processes to integrate data into Tableau.
• Ensure data quality across large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate their needs.
• Communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Provide training and support on Tableau tools.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards.
• Monitor and enhance Tableau server performance.
• Document data workflows and adhere to visualization standards.
• Stay updated with new Tableau features and recommend improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years experience in management consulting or data roles supporting federal clients.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in data blending and aggregation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to integrate on-prem and cloud data sources including Microsoft Project and ServiceNow.

You would benefit from having:

• Exposure to PMO environments.
• Familiarity with Visual Basic for Microsoft integrations.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Google AppScript.
