In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Extract reports for the Pet Executive Team from data systems and records.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize data flow and assess release impacts.
  • Prepare data foundations by organizing various data sources.
  • Conduct UAT and QA testing, data analysis, visualization, and measurement.
  • Design and oversee the functional data processes end-to-end.
  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions with defined outcomes.
  • Continuously improve processes for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate on projects to implement cross-functional solutions.

This role requires you to have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with an advantage in Pet Insurance knowledge.
  • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks effectively.

You would benefit from having:

  • Knowledge of VBA and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
