This role focuses on improving decision-making through data analysis for the E-ZPass program, operated in coordination with various regional transport authorities. The position involves collaboration with different stakeholders to enhance program insights and efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Enhance decision quality by analyzing data for the E-ZPass program.
• Develop dashboards, infographics, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with teams to drive data initiatives and complete research projects.
• Create tools to interpret and display information about tolling operations.
• Conduct statistical calculations and respond to inquiries about the tolling program.
• Participate in special research projects supporting agency needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
