Microfolio is at the forefront of transforming its data environment, aiming to establish an advanced enterprise data platform. The Sr. Data Analyst will collaborate with a dedicated team of business and data analysts to overhaul the existing legacy data framework, ensuring robust BI, reporting, and analytical capabilities for the future platform.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze legacy data and reporting, focusing on KPIs and metrics, to identify new platform requirements.
• Evaluate process improvement opportunities and engage in business process modeling.
• Document existing metrics, reports, and data mappings, ensuring clarity and continuity.
• Perform validation and QA on the new data warehouse to guarantee it supports the new semantic layer effectively.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years experience in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Strong data profiling and analysis skills
• Ability to produce Source to Target mapping and analyze application change impacts
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and project implementation
• Experience with ETL tools
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related field
