Microsoft is seeking a Data Scientist II to join the Windows Experiences Team to contribute to the development of AI solutions for its global user base. The role involves close collaboration with various product teams to shape product development and make data-informed decisions. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams including leadership, product management, and engineering to address business questions for customer scenarios.
• Identify metric needs, set up metrics and OKRs, and analyze data to derive insights and experimental ideas.
• Design and execute growth experiments, analyze results for insights.
• Evaluate ROI on new ideas and assess the effectiveness of investments for customer and business benefits.

This role requires you to have:

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 1+ year customer-facing experience or related consulting experience
