The analyst will collaborate with various teams such as Ads, Xandr, Bing, and Xbox within a dynamic environment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Solve complex data challenges using advanced analytical or statistical methods.
• Continuously monitor marketplace health and identify performance drivers.
• Provide insights to guide product and business development through analytical tools.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement next-generation algorithms and features.
• Evaluate key metrics to understand the impact of product releases on the marketplace.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with significant data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database querying languages.
• Experience in AdTech and navigating complex datasets for actionable insights.
• Expertise in data analytics tools like R, Python, Excel, Tableau, SAS, and Power BI.
