In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend methods to streamline analytics and reporting processes.
- Develop reusable and easily accessible data interpretation solutions.
- Transition ad-hoc analyses to regular reporting features.
- Align analytical models with business objectives and outcomes.
- Mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Synthesize insights through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- 4+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, or related fields.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Experience with statistical and machine learning models.
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and BI systems.
