The Customer Experience Data Analyst role is integral in harnessing data to uncover insights, aimed at boosting customer engagement and revenue.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data from ERP and CRM systems to identify customer trends and revenue opportunities.
• Support business process streamlining and operational efficiency through data analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to fulfill data needs and support decision-making.
• Identify and model data regarding customer behaviors and engagement to discover growth opportunities and reduce churn.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate customer experience insights and recommend solutions.
• Generate customer data insights to enhance strategy and tailor campaigns for increased revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement of data analysis processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to troubleshoot customer-related issues.

This role requires you to have:

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related.
• Experience in data analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Understanding of data mining in ERP and CRM systems.
