Associate Finance Data Analyst

Milwaukee Tool is looking for an Associate Finance Data Analyst to support the management and administration of sales incentive compensation. This role will collaborate with sales, finance, and HR leaders to enhance the sales compensation process and support the company's growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly processes related to account management, new accounts, personnel changes, and data validations.
• Support sales compensation processes and collaborate with finance, sales, HR, and IT leadership to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain high-level customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Participate in the Oracle EDM implementation.
• Work on projects with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Drive process and system enhancements and participate in process improvement projects.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through written and oral communication.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis, Human Resources, or related field.
• One to two years of cumulative work experience.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, presentation, and listening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Self-motivation.
• Ability to work well in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
