Minisolife Global seeks a Merchandise Data Analyst to enhance merchandise strategies through strategic data insights. This role emphasizes data accuracy and system proficiency to drive performance improvements across business units. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data visualization platforms using Python and Power BI.
• Generate and distribute comprehensive merchandise reports.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various departments including HQ, warehouse, and marketing.
• Gain proficiency in OA, SAP, and POS systems.
• Visit stores to align operations with data insights.
• Monitor key merchandise performance metrics.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Lead analytical projects from start to completion.
• Perform additional projects as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
