Located in downtown Dallas, TX, MINT dentistry is hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer for an on-site role at their headquarters. This position involves managing the analytics and reporting systems, allowing business leaders to derive insights and make informed decisions based on data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and data requirements.
• Extract and cleanse data from various sources.
• Execute complex SQL queries in relational databases and S3 data lakes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Manage centralized reference data utilized in dashboards.
• Generate ad hoc reports for executives and stakeholders as needed.
• Present data analysis findings to executives and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in data analyst or data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with AWS core services.
• Ability to create dashboards using BI tools, particularly Looker.

• Experience with BigQuery.
