In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to analyze and report on performance drivers
• Develop scalable analytic data pipelines for analysis and operational performance
• Identify and solve business and data challenges through strategic analysis
• Implement best practices for data solutions to maintain leadership in data-driven decision-making
• Advise and train business users in data usage and interpretation

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience using data for strategic decision-making
• Expertise in SQL for dataset construction and analysis
• Experience with dbt for analytical data model development
• Utilize data management best practices to support automated reporting
• Communicate insights through dashboards and reports
• Drive data integrity automation in critical processes

You would benefit from having:

• Experience using Python for statistical analysis and workflow automation
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau
• Experience with financial services data
• Experience managing data platforms like dbt and Snowflake
