In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead complex data science and analytics projects across various domains within aerospace manufacturing.
• Define and implement data ingestion, preparation, and governance processes.
• Manage projects and guide less experienced team members in project execution.
• Develop data science models using disciplined processes and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with partners to transition proof-of-concept models into production.
• Work with stakeholders to develop technical solutions addressing manufacturing and business needs.
• Continuously assess and improve current capabilities to enhance strategy and operations.
• Develop guidelines and standards for analytics models and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

This role requires you to have:

• 5-10 years of experience in data science and analytics within aerospace or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading data science projects to production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model development.
• Knowledge of MLOPS practices and deployment pipelines.

You would benefit from having:
