In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong data pipelines for processing large data volumes.
• Design complex data models and analytical applications.
• Ensure and document data integrity and compliance.
• Optimize data jobs focusing on cost, scalability, and performance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar field.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Familiar with data pipeline and ELT frameworks.
• Understanding of various log formats like JSON and XML.
• Experience with structured, unstructured, and streaming data.
• Strong analytical skills to manage and present large datasets.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Optimize predictive models for improved accuracy.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with AWS services including Redshift and S3.
• Knowledge of distributed file systems like Hadoop.
• Understanding of real-time data streaming and batch processing.
• Experience maintaining data pipelines in manufacturing settings.
