Data Visualization Analyst

Middleburg is a real estate firm focusing on rental housing in the southeastern U.S. since 2004, utilizing data and technology to enhance decision-making. They are seeking a Data Visualization Analyst with expertise in SQL and Power BI to join their Vienna, VA office and report directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards for business decision support.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business needs with visual analytics.
• Optimize data models and Power BI for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data precision and security across visualizations.
• Provide training and create documentation for Power BI use.
• Stay updated on Power BI advancements and industry best practices.
