This role exists to support users through insightful data analysis, requiring collaboration within a small, dynamic team. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and create reports and dashboards using SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Collaborate with end users to develop and test custom metrics and analytics.
• Author detailed technical documents, including test plans and training materials.
• Support SQL server environment with report maintenance.
• Run queries to maintain data integrity.
• Implement data integrity control processes.
• Participate in system implementation alongside project management.
• Provide technical support and documentation to support teams.
• Collaborate with development teams.
• Manage and prepare datasets for analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
