Client Data Analyst

mPulse, a leader in healthcare communication, is looking for a driven Data Analyst to join the Client Analytics team. The role involves helping healthcare clients make informed decisions by converting complex data into useful information. The Data Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Data Science, under the guidance of the Vice President, Client Analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to compile healthcare data
• Develop reports, data dictionaries, and presentations
• Ensure high standards of data management
• Convert complex data into easy-to-understand information
• Investigate data for patterns and trends
• Communicate insights to team members
• Understand data storage and sharing methodologies
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, or any coding language
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
