The Data Analyst II will play a crucial role in transforming the industry by impacting community services through data analysis.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Research problematic data areas and propose corrective actions
- Analyze systems integration and data management issues
- Communicate and report on data errors and duplicates
- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of data elements
- Identify trends and patterns within complex data sets
- Collaborate on database and data system development for projects
- Extract data from various internal and external sources
- Perform manual or automated data entry as needed
- Interpret data and develop findings-based recommendations
- Create graphs, reports, and presentations of project outcomes
- Conduct basic statistical analyses for projects
- Create and present data visualizations using Power BI
- Ensure the integrity of data
- Maintain MTM databases and QA systems

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative analytics or related field
- At least two years of experience in quantitative analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL Server
- Expertise in data modeling and database design
- Familiarity with SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
