In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Establish data flows for analytical requirements and perform data analysis and engineering.
  • Collaborate with modelers and architects to improve data collection procedures.
  • Ensure data quality through development of processes and procedures.
  • Evaluate the impact of source system changes on data and reporting.
  • Support data integration analysis with business analysts and experts.
  • Assist executives in identifying areas for improvement and addressing data issues.
  • Participate in discovery meetings and document requirements and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot job failures with developers and support data governance processes.
  • Identify operational gaps in delivery based on business usage.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance-focused data analysis.
  • 5+ years in commercial/specialty insurance data analysis.
  • Knowledge of insurance KPIs and data management techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
